My love for food is finally combined with my love for glass!
I have "opened" a small coneptual restaurant where food is
cooked on glass. The pieces we cook are blown live
on location as we do the cooking with a mobile glass oven
I had the great pleasure of being invited by the spectacular
trend forecaster Li Edelkoort to do a cooking performance at
the opening of the exhibition GLASS! at Designhuis Eindhoven.
in Holland, curated by Li Edelkoort.
I invited Marije Vogelzang and her crew from Proef to cook
with Manolito and me.
We cooked for 200 happy guests! It was truly an amazing
evening, and we look forward to cook again.
